Hello! I’m Kimberly Stredney — lifelong explorer, adventure seeker, and travel enthusiast. I’m also an experienced Career + Life Coach and the founder of North Fork Coaching.

I’ve always been fascinated by what drives people to reinvent themselves and rediscover meaning in their work and lives — perhaps because my own life path has never followed a straight line. My academic and professional pursuits have taken me from anthropology to journalism to executive coaching. And along my journey, I’ve found myself writing grants for an education nonprofit in a remote Ghanaian village, co-leading a team travel expedition on horseback through the mountains of Ecuador, and coaching the most senior leaders at Google on communications strategy in New York and California. Each chapter has profoundly deepened my understanding of human motivation, resilience, and transformation.
