I’m Kimberly Stredney, founder of North Fork Coaching. I’ve spent the past 12 years as a career and executive strategy coach for professionals around the world, including several years working with top leaders at Google. My credentials include dual Master’s degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Journalism, dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Interpersonal Communication, and a Life Coach+ certification.

At North Fork Coaching, I help motivated professionals and entrepreneurs at a crossroads figure out what comes next. My work is about aligning your time and energy with who you actually are. Whether you are pivoting careers, launching something new, or redefining success, we work together to build a practical way forward.

Prior to coaching, I worked as an editor in book and magazine publishing, and that lens shapes my approach. Editing isn't about rewriting something from scratch. It’s about clearing out the clutter, identifying what actually works, and sharpening the focus until your true direction is clear. A core part of my coaching practice is The Life Edit, a two-part assessment and strategy process where we look at where you are focusing your energy, pinpoint friction points that may be blocking you from achieving your goals or finding a healthy balance, and build a baseline for a holistic reset.
